Jessica Daniel, LCSW-C, LICSW
Hi there! I’m Jessica—though you can call me Jess—and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and the proud founder of Peace in Perspective, where I offer holistic, trauma-informed therapy for millennial women and healthcare professionals. My passion is guiding spiritually curious, forward-thinking women through life’s emotional challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Virtually based in Maryland and Washington, DC, I specialize in helping clients work through anxiety, burnout, generational trauma, low self-esteem, and feeling stuck. Whether you’re processing deep emotional wounds, navigating stress in your career or relationships, or simply craving more peace and clarity, I’m here to support you in coming home to yourself.

I became a therapist in 2017 after earning my MSW from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. By 2019, I felt called to start my own private practice—and I’ve never looked back. I know firsthand how vulnerable it can feel to seek support. My own experience as a therapy client taught me how life-changing it can be to hold space for yourself with gentleness and grace.

Outside of sessions, I recharge by spending time with loved ones, exploring my passion for landscape photography, and getting in a good workout—HIIT, Pilates, or weightlifting are my favorites. I’m also constantly listening to inspiring content on Audible or a podcast.
And if you’re into astrology, I’m a Libra sun, Libra moon, and Scorpio rising.

At Peace In Perspective, True healing begins with a deep level of self-awareness and an understanding of the interplay between our past.
This approach integrates traditional evidence-based therapeutic modalities with spiritual principles and holistic techniques to facilitate profound transformation. If you're seeking treatment to shift generational patterns, and spiritual guidance, and learn about some of the positive impacts plant medicine can cultivate; you've come to the right place.
